Chef Gator celebrates Mardi Gras with five delicious courses paired with Banshee Wines. Dig into Cajun-Crawfish Pie, Oven-Roasted Fillet of Beef, and Classic New Orleans Style Bread Pudding. See full menu.

Musical accompaniment is provided by established Jazz guitarist Lloyd Gregory. Gregory has played with top musicians, including Klaus Voormann, Arthur Adams, Harvey Mason, and Joe Sample of the Crusaders.

Banshee Wines was founded by three friends—Noah Dorrance, Baron Ziegler, and Steve Graf—with lifelong dreams of owning their own winery. Their fascination with wine started early in life. While their peers were drinking cheap beer, they had an affinity for collecting European wines and hosting wine tastings in their dorm rooms. Post-college, each pursued a career in the industry—ranging from importing wines and winemaking to distribution and sales. When their paths eventually converged in San Francisco, they pooled their money together to make their first vintage of Banshee Wines pinot noir, selling out in only three months. By the end of the first year, Banshee Wines was a reality and their full-time pursuit.
